Best Customer Service, Kilkenny at the Restaurant Awards
We are delighted to have been awarded ‘Best Customer Service’ in Kilkenny at the Regional Finals for the Irish Restaurant Awards 2015. This category was kindly sponsored by Keith Mahon and the team at TheTaste.ie. The Irish Restaurant Awards, known as the #FoodOscars, are the largest and most coveted Industry accolade set up to recognise excellence in Irish Restaurants.
Chef Antonio and the whole family place a real emphasis on providing exceptional customer service. Having opened 25 years ago with a team of eight, the restaurant now employs over 25 staff; many of whom have been here since the beginning and customer service continues to be a key focus for us.
We always strive to give customers a memorable dining experience and this award is a wonderful acknowledgement of that. The staff here, undertake monthly training to help perfect their product knowledge and customer service and this award is a testament to their passion and commitment to Rinuccini’s.
The Leinster Regional Final of the Irish Restaurant Awards took place in Dublin at the end of March where all the top restaurants throughout the province were named for 2015. Ristorante Rinuccini along with other winners will go on to compete in the All-Ireland Final judged by a panel of mystery guests, food writers and journalists. Our food and wine menus will also be submitted for scrutiny by Bord Bia as part of the adjudication!
We are thrilled with this win. Thank you to the hundreds of customers that nominated us in the public vote. It is especially poignant as we celebrate our milestone 25th anniversary. We are very appreciative and humbled by your support and we will continue to do our utmost to bring you the best customer service possible.
