Homemade Irish chicken liver Paté, mixed leaves & warm garlic Ciabatta

Calamari e Zucchini Fritti
Fritters of fresh Calamari and Courgettes, homemade lemon & anchovy aioli

Tagliata di Filetto di Manzo (G)
Thin slices of seared, chilled, Fillet of Irish Beef, marinated in Extra Virgin
olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic and rocket, with shavings of 24 month aged Parmesan cheese

Involtini di Melanzane (V)
Rolls of aubergines, stuffed with Ricotta cheese and sundried tomatoes,
baked in a fresh tomato sauce, served hot with a dusting of 24 month aged Parmesan cheese

Capesante con Risotto ai Piselli Freschi (€5 supp) (Gf)
Seared Kilmore Quay Scallops, on a bed of fresh green pea risotto with slivers of crispy pancetta.

Roast Irish Pork Belly, stuffed & rolled with garlic & fresh herbs and a touch chilli,
finished with a Marsala wine Sauce
