To celebrate our 25th anniversary, Chef Antonio has created a special Mother’s Day menu to really spoil mums this year.
The celebratory lunch / early evening menu features a choice of starters including Crostini di Salmone Affumicato, with organic West Cork smoked salmon and homemade crushed green olive mayonnaise, and Capesante al Profumo d’Aglio with seared Kilmore Quay scallops, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, white wine, garlic and fresh coriander.
Choices for mains include Cannelloni dello Chef – homemade pasta stuffed with red wine braised Irish Been fillet and Ricotta – and Anatra al Sapore d’Arancia with award-winning Silver Hill Irish duckling, oven baked in a fresh orange juice and Aurum liquor sauce.
Delicious desserts feature homemade ‘Gelato Rinuccini’, Tiramisu Classico with layers of sponge, laced with rum and espresso, filled with zabaglione cream and topped with shavings of dark Italian chocolate. A celebratory favourite is Rinuccini’s Cheesecake Al Limoncello – a lusciously creamy homemade cheesecake with Limoncello, Sicilian lemon zest served on a crunchy biscotti crust.
