The Mother’s Day menu features organic West Cork smoked salmon with homemade crushed green olive mayonnaise, Seared Kilmore Quay Scallops, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, white wine, garlic and fresh coriander plus delicious desserts including a celebratory favourite, Rinuccini’s creamy homemade Cheesecake Al Limoncello and classic Italian Tiramisu .
