The sourcing and quality of our ingredients is of the utmost importance to us and has been one of the key factors in our 25 year success. Being from Lazio, Italy, and owing and running an Italian restaurant, I strive to produce classis Italian cuisine using the very best of Irish and local ingredients. All our wines and Italian products are imported directly by us from selected vineyards and quality artisan producers in Italy.
